MeTaMoe #04 featuring KC, 's OC.

The story behind her outfit is that blue and white were made to be her colours from square one. But then I couldn't think of any blue clothes for her to wear so I left her as such. And it sort of stuck.
As far as I can recall, I created her before I watched my second subbed anime, Lucky Star, which had my first viewing of a sukumizu. As such I've never considered KC to be wearing a swimsuit. Come to think of it, I've never thought KC as a swimmer. - ~dra2k4
